2. General information on data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website and our services. Data is shared with third parties only where this is legally permitted or necessary to fulfil a contract.

Legal bases are, depending on the purpose: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), the performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR) or our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

3. Hosting & server log files

When you access this website, technical access data is automatically stored in server log files (IP address, date/time, accessed URL, browser, OS, referrer). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after no later than 30 days.

4. Contact form and contact requests

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email, message content) solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

5. Coaching, sport psychological support and confidentiality

Within the scope of sport-psychological consulting, coaching processes or team support, we process personal data of clients and, where applicable, clubs and teams (e.g. contact data, training and competition data, content from sessions, written notes).

Processing is based on the performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and — where special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR) such as health data are involved — on your explicit consent (Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR).

Content from coaching sessions is subject to professional confidentiality and will not be passed on to third parties (club, coach, family) without your consent.

6. Online appointments & video conferencing

For online coaching sessions we use common video conferencing tools. When establishing a connection, technical data (e.g. IP address, device and connection information) is processed by the respective provider. Sessions are not recorded unless you have explicitly consented.

7. Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies. They do not store personal data for advertising purposes and do not require consent.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). 9. Right to lodge a complaint
