In my work I combine sports-psychology methods with the demands of modern elite sport. My goal is not only to develop mental strength, but to make it available in the decisive moment. I work in a hands-on way, individually, and closely aligned with the real challenges of training and competition.

I know elite sport not only from theory, but also from my own perspective. Through my own athletic background and my enduring passion for sport, I can not only relate to many situations, thoughts and challenges in coaching, but also place them in context from personal experience.
I know what it means to perform under pressure, to deal with setbacks such as injuries, and to keep developing.
On top of that, I have worked in youth and professional football for several years and support athletes from a wide range of sports.
